It was very close to his ‘I’ll be back from holiday soon, Rosie. Don’t let the place fall apart in my absence.’ Smile. He wasn’t even surprised even when he was wheezing from being punched.

[She is being stupid and she knows it, but god damn if HR sends her one more email about someone else going missing, Rosie is going to lose it.]

[ and Rosie really does mean it. But unfortunately she’s been proven to be right in her paranoia more than she’s ever proved to be wrong, and there’s still something that’s going to happen but she’s not sure what ]

In the mean time just be careful, Martin. As careful and as paranoid as you can be. It won’t keep you safe, but it will help.

He knows he's pushing the limits of her loyalty. Rosie probably wouldn't have been in her position for as long as she has been if she didn't know some of Elias's secrets. Still, he doesn't want to be responsible for anything happening to her either.
